What data we process

When you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we may process your name, phone number, email, company name and the content of your messages.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it has no forms.

Why we use it

To reply to you, run your diagnosis, arrange proposals and support the services you hire. We do not sell or rent your data.

Automated assistant

WhatsApp conversations are first handled by Emet, an automated AI assistant. You can ask to talk to a person at any time.

Who we share it with

Your data may be processed by the providers we operate with, such as server hosting, Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and AI providers, only to deliver the service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to contacto@fenixdigital360.com.

How to request data deletion

Write to contacto@fenixdigital360.com or on WhatsApp with the phrase "delete my data", from the number or email you used to contact us. We will confirm when it is done.
